few months back i got crystal type album from your company. last 2 days ago i took out the album from cabinet and i realised the main cover which is the crystal is like tear off from the inset that pvc page. i wanted to know why is it you using double sided tape to mount the cover page with the album? the double sided tape glue is like melted and the cover is half attached.
